Meet the Team:

Stacey Bartel – President & Senior Advisor

He is a graduate of specialized training through the Knowledge Bureau of Canada and continuously enhances his expertise through advanced tax, investment and insurance education. This commitment ensures clients receive advice that is relevant, forward-thinking and fully coordinated across all areas of their financial lives.

Beyond technical expertise, Stacey is a strong believer in relationship-driven advising. He works closely with clients not only as their accountant or advisor but also as their financial quarterback, connecting tax planning, investment growth, insurance protection and succession strategies into one seamless plan.

When he’s not working with clients, Stacey is active in his community through sports and local business initiatives, always focusing on building long-term prosperity for both families and organizations.

Darcy Tkach – Tax and Bookkeeping Specialist

With over 11 years of experience in personal and business taxation, Darcy brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to every client relationship. He began his career specializing in Personal (T1) Returns, Farming Tax Planning, and Small Business Tax Services, where he developed a strong foundation in helping individuals and entrepreneurs navigate complex tax situations with confidence.

Over the years, Darcy’s passion for growth and precision has guided him toward expanding his expertise into Corporate Tax Returns and Planning, an area in which he is now pursuing advanced specialization. His hands-on experience with both personal and business clients allows him to see the full financial picture — ensuring seamless coordination between bookkeeping, compliance, and strategic tax planning.

In addition to his tax expertise, Darcy also manages bookkeeping services for clients, helping maintain accurate financial records and providing reliable insight that supports informed decision-making year-round.

Maria Nunez – Bookkeeper

Maria Nunez is a highly detail-oriented accounting professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping and financial administration. In her role as Bookkeeper at OBS Financial Services, Maria is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficiency and compliance across all accounting processes.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting from Red River College Polytechnic and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Universidad Nacional de México. Maria is dedicated to continuous professional development and to upholding the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and service quality within the Canadian financial sector.

In addition to her professional expertise, Maria has contributed to community volunteer initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to social responsibility and ethical business practices.

Eric Bartel  – Investments and Insurance Advisor

Eric has spent the past several years working in the tax industry, steadily building a strong foundation in personal and corporate taxation. As he worked with clients, he quickly realized that understanding taxes was only one part of achieving true financial security — and that investments and insurance play an essential role in long-term wealth building.

Driven by this insight, Eric is now pursuing his LLQP certification so he can better support clients with tailored insurance solutions and investment guidance. He is passionate about helping individuals understand how smart financial planning can protect their families, grow their wealth, and create long-term confidence.

With a genuine commitment to educating and empowering clients, Eric brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to every conversation — making complex financial decisions feel clear, achievable, and aligned with each person’s goals.

Dayna Zborowsky 

Dayna joined the financial industry after a successful career in teaching, where she spent years helping others learn with clarity and confidence. As she continued to grow professionally, she recognized how many people struggled to understand their own finances — and how often this lack of knowledge held them back from feeling secure and in control.

Driven to expand her own financial knowledge and inspired to help others do the same, Dayna made the decision to transition into tax and financial services. She is passionate about breaking down complex financial topics and empowering individuals to make informed, confident decisions about their money.

With her strong background in education, Dayna brings patience, communication, and a genuine desire to support her clients. Her goal is to ensure that every person she works with feels knowledgeable, prepared, and capable of taking charge of their financial future.
